Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking in the garage and in the driveway. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool
Hot Tub: One community hot tub

The Villages at Mauna Lani is a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful house and neighborhood. My only suggestion is that the carpet should be cleaned, especially the entry stairs. Access to the Mauna Lani beach club was a terrific amenity, and the availability of chairs, umbrella, and even sand toys exceeded our expectations. So glad to have the washing machine and well equipped kitchen. I would return happily for another wonderful family vacation.

Lovely property. Everything was easy. Plenty of room to spread out for teens. Host was very responsive! Great stay.

This property is in a quiet, centrally located area. The floor plan is ideal for a family, offering a large master bedroom, bath, and walk in closet upstairs. The other bedrooms are located downstairs for guests/children with plenty of privacy. We also really enjoyed the outside kitchen and patio.
Overall the property needs a thorough deep cleaning. The carpets are dirty and stained as well as the living room furniture. Everything was dusty and there were cobwebs in the bathrooms and bedrooms downstairs. The mattresses are all very worn and need replaced. The toilet downstairs constantly runs. The dryer takes multiple cycles to dry. The outside refrigerator does not keep things very cold. Also, the microwave upstairs makes an awful noise and the turntable no longer works. For the nightly fee this property needs some TLC to bring it up to satisfaction.
