About this house rental

This apartment for 6 people is equipped to offer you all the comfort you may desire. This accommodation has a balcony with ocean view. The suite has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a 2 level bunk bed. Next to that there is a sleeping corner with an extra 2 level bunk bed. It has a cosy living room with a flatscreen television. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, glasses, etc). The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin.

    The room was dirty and smelled upon check in, for 2.5 days we had no internet for 5 days the sink and shower were both severely clogged up. The apartment would be ok for college kids on break for for me and my wife we expected more for €1,200.00. The only thing positive was the view and proximity to the sea, both were unbelievable. However I honestly can not recommend any of my friends or family to stay here.

    Awesome location, beautiful view, clean apartment, great customer service from.Evancy. the only drawback is that this is not for 6 adults. It's really meant for a couple with 4 young children. I came with my elderly parents and my teens and the bunkbeds were too small for me and my teens. Also the 2 bedrooms are super tiny and the 2nd set of bunkbeds is in the hallway. Young kids would not mind. Teens and adults can't fit in there. Too narrow, too low, too small. So great place. Just don't expect room for 6 adults.

    Süsser kleiner Ort, zum Reisezeitpunkt wenig los. Appartement mehr als ausreichend mit einem phänomenalen Ausblivk. Einzige Abstriche: Doppel Bett für zwei Person eher etwas klein und kein Wifi.

    Excellent séjour dans cet appartement au 4ème étage à la vue imprenable. J´ai trois bémols : 1. Une des personnes qui nous accompagnait est en fauteuil roulant. Il fallait donc être certain qu´il y a bien un ascenseur dans l´immeuble. Le site Abritel prétend qu´il n´y en a pas. Evancy n´a jamais répondu à mes mails et lorsque j´ai enfin réussi à les joindre par téléphone, une personne m´a répondu sèchement qu'elle n'avait pas le temps de me répondre. En fin de compte, oui il y a bien un ascenseur. 2. La 2eme chambre ressemble plus à une cabine de train couchette qu'à une vraie chambre et les lits superposés sont destinés à des enfants plutôt qu'à des adultes (qui se cognent systématiquement la tête pour se mettre au lit et en sortir) 3. Je trouve assez mesquin de ne RIEN laisser dans l´appartement : ni filtre à café, ni sel/poivre ni papier WC. Vu le prix relativement élevé, ce serait quand même sympa... À part ces 3 points, l'immeuble est bien insonorisé, moderne, élégant et idéalement situé. Si vous le choisissez, je vous souhaite un séjour aussi revigorant que le fut le nôtre !

    Très bon séjour. Super endroit. Mega vue directement sur la plage. L'appartement était très bien jusqu'à présent, sauf que l'eau du lavabo des toilettes ne coulait pas, la porte d'entrée ne pouvait pas être verrouillée de l'extérieur et le canapé a connu des jours meilleurs. mais dans l'ensemble un très bon séjour de détente. Merci beaucoup.
