About this villa rental
The villa Saint Jean de Bray dunes is a beautiful villa from the early twentieth century, completely renovated, 100m from the beach, in the heart of the seaside resort, in a quiet environment with open views.

Enjoy a large and bright accommodation (150m²) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. For 8 adults and 2 children (on the mezzanine)

Internet billiards, TV 55', new high-end kitchen, optional 6-seater Jacuzzi Spa, sauna and table football ...
Provide payment on arrival:
- the deposit of 1000 €, refundable after the stay
- compulsory end-of-stay household help € 120
- optional on reservation from April to October access to the leisure area with 6-seat jacuzzi spa and table football (€ 250 per stay)
- optional bed linen (€10 single bed, €20 double bed), bathroom linen (€ 8 per person)

Bathroom with large corner bath and WC
2nd Floor :
Bedroom 3 sea view: 2 beds 80x200 (or double bed 160x200) + mezzanine (2 extra beds for children> 8 years old)
Bedroom 4: 160x200 bed
Shower room with 90x140 shower and WC
All comfort: broadband Internet with wifi, 152cm home cinema and digital TV, billiards, washing machine
Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, Coffee machine, Kettle, Raclette machine

An amazing home in a great location! Loads to do both in the house and the surroundings. Had everything we needed and more.

The location is very well equipped and the distance to the beach is very short. The inventory chosen is very nice. All communication with our host was replied directly and all appointments were on time.
A few small things should be renovated.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
