This was a fantastic last minute booking. The apartment was just under an hour drive from the Le Shuttle terminal, incredibly easy to find, check-in, we were able to park directly outside the front of the apartment, and the area has two Carrefour supermarkets nearby (one within walking distance, and the other just a few minutes drive away, which you pass on your way to the apartment). The apartment was immaculately clean, and smelt fresh as soon as we walked in. There were a few signs of wear and tear on some of the chairs, but this didn’t bother us, and there wasn’t an oven but a microwave, again we ate out so wasn’t a problem, however I think if you were planning on staying longer than one night it maybe a struggle if you were intending to cook your meals at the apartment. We had the ground floor apartment, so our view of the beach was obscured by the parked cars along the beach front, however having a physically disabled daughter it made accessibility so much easier as she was able to directly walk in and out of the apartment through the patio door after I had checked in using the front door. There is an elevator if staying above ground level.
We felt very safe staying here, it was very peaceful and we enjoyed the most beautiful views.. was lucky enough to watch one of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen!
I can’t comment on what it might be like to stay here during peak season as we visited at the end of January, but we would definitely come back here again!
