This gulf-front escape is cheerful and well-appointed, offering a full kitchen, an open living space, and a sun-splashed balcony where you can read, dine, and sip tropical cocktails with an incredible view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico below. On the grounds of Splash Resort, you'll also have enviable access to multiple swimming pools, an interactive water park, a lazy river, a hot tub, and a fitness center.
Splash Resort is a beachfront property on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, offering you close proximity to the city's family-friendly attractions and a wonderfully relaxing setting to come home to. When you're not swimming, sunbathing (beach service is available for hire from March until October), or practicing your skills in a variety of water sports on the beach downstairs, you'll be only two miles up the coast from more than 100 stores, excellent restaurants, an IMAX theater, and all kids of entertainment at Pier Park. The exciting marine encounters of Gulf World can be found three miles southeast, while the charming beach communities along Scenic Route 30A begin at Inlet Beach only seven miles northwest.

Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Check in process was super easy. Room was located right off of the elevator. 2 bathrooms is a plus. Keurig and regular coffee pot is nice to have. The pools were crowded during the day but night time was relaxing. Candy shop on ground floor with ice cream for a few visits from us. Couch and pullout bed are not very comfortable but everything else was great.

Clean furniture was a plus in this home. The sofa cushions were very clean, compared to previous rooms we’ve stayed in. Loved the balcony furniture. We had 6 guests and it was able to fit us all. Would definitely book this room again.

Nice place. Only complaints:
Smoke detectors were beeping. Contacted service and they were never fixed the entire stay. Ice maker doesn’t work. No loading zone at splash, you just have to park and walk. No luggage carts in either tower so you must walk across the street back and forth for a cart.
