The property was very spacious and safe. Very near the tube station.
On arrival we had difficulties in gaining access. We had not been given the code to get through the initial gates, luckily another resident came along and helped us out. The keys were not left where we had been told, on contacting the help line we were advised of a second key , which was in an unlit dark area .

The property was outstanding. Clean, great size and brilliant location. The cleaner needs recognition for what she does. She was extremely helpful, polite and very caring.

bedrooms and bathrooms were great
clean and new
wifi and staff helpful
but the sofas were not clean and plates were not fully clean either
as above
the sofas could have been cleaned better as hair on them and food and hard food stuck to plates in the kitchen and cutlery

The apartment was decorated lovely. Very close to transport into London/ Wembley. Plenty of kitchen utensils to use. Not too much noise on a night.
Bathrooms incredibly clean.
Plenty storage in apartment for longer stays.
There was no permit in the apartment when I arrived. Some staff answering me advised to leave car in car park and it would be sorted. Later in the day they told me I had to go move the car or would get a ticket. Car park very narrow for large 4x4 vehicles depending on bay given and if other cars already parked.
One drawer in bedroom smelled like cannabis had been stored in there. Kitchen had half used food and drink in from previous people.
