Sit back and enjoy listening to the sea rolling, the birds singing or maybe take a walk with just a 15 min walk along the beach to Ngarunui Surf Club taking in breathtaking views across the Raglan bar or a 25 minute walk back in to town for a coffee and explore the amazing range of eatery's and shops. Enjoy the beauty of watching the boats, jetski's and kitesurfers on the harbour. Take a 5 min drive to world famous surf breaks, Manu Bay with Whale Bay a little further on or discover Mount Karioi on your doorstop for those beautiful walks.

We stayed with a family of two adults and two children aged 10 and 8. It was very nice that the kids had their own rooms and space. Nice to do laundry and enjoy lounging on the generous balcony space with hot tub and fire place.The home is older than expected from pictures. That being the case, the bathroom wasn’t as up to date as the rest of the home and we had a few issues with creepy crawlers getting in. But, any issues we had the host was on top of quickly. Providing prompt service and checking in regularly. It was a good stay and the view is incredible. Location is perfect for accessing the beaches. Swimming not recommended at the water front right by the home, but a short 9 min drive to the swim beaches. I recommend this place!

It was raining hard when we arrived which had made the spa pool trip and the contacts needed to be dryed out before i could reset the trip (steve thanks for the info re the fuse box but we got it working after a couple of hours Brilliant the only negative was the bbq which after inspection i would suggest it needs work on each of the grills and the side ring. other wise it was perfect and we would recomend this property thanks

The location by the beach was great, the bach beautifully furnished, the beds very comfortable. We loved having a soak in the spa under a starry night sky and enjoying a nice capsule coffee in the morning! We very much enjoyed our mini break, loved the open plan living area along with access to the deck with lovely views of the sea. Beds are comfly and a great shower too. Kitchen was kitted out with everything you need. Great beachy vibe. Only thing I didn't realise that you couldn't swim at the beach across the road, so couldn't walk for a swim we had to drive a few minutes to the beach

This property is very nicely decorated,. The deck was a god place to sit and enjoy but the view was obstructed by the bulky railing. The master bedroom was very stuffy even with the windows open which was strange. There needs some maintenance done on the front steps, one step is dangerously rotted. If your looking for a surfing holiday then you’ll love this place, very close to the surf.
