Lack of natural light in the living & kitchen area from early afternoon onwards, very much so after 5pm even at the height of summer. Uncomfortable lounge furniture, lack of laundry basket (we were a family of four staying for a week and needed to do washing, no multi-surface cleaner to clean kitchen, gas hob or bathroom vanity surfaces (again we were staying for a week and it would have been good to clean surfaces properly). It was a good location but we didn’t enjoy staying there as much as we did in the Groundswell properly in Roberts Rd last year ( the green house)

Thoroughly enjoyed our Raglan getaway.

The property is clean and tidy, modern fittings and felt homely. The beds and bedding were luxurious and we all said some of the comfiest beds we have stayed in. Great location, only a stroll into town. Great big section and a lovely outdoor area. Thank you!

Love love love Left Break. Excellent accommodation

Location was perfect. The quality styling of the property and quality bedding was greatly appreciated. Gorgeous kitchen with quality utensils and perishables. Out door area was so private and useable.

Indoor outdoor flow was a little limited. But however appreciate that the building is older. We reseached and think it was the Plunket rooms, how cool is that!

Had a great stay and the weather was a bonus. House had everything we needed. Lights on, house heated and a few treats when we arrived. Was a really nice touch. Great location, easy to find and plenty of parking..clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of extra blankets and rugs. Coffee machine and other condiments very comfy beds Excellent information and prompt replies to queries. Definitely recommend this place and will return.

We presume there is outside furniture for summertime but couldn’t find any.

Well equipped kitchen; excellent views from the bed room; nice garden and back yard (good view of the stars at night too!); easy parking and convenient location. Useful information in the welcome folder where we found new locations for walks during our visit.

The kitchen tap is too short to be effective when washing dishes - a challenge to prevent water from splashing onto the countertop.

A little gem in Raglan

We had such an amazing stay at this accommodation! We arrived at the house to find it warm and cosy. The hand written card welcoming us was a lovely touch, and the furnishings and appliances were beautiful. Even things like a hairdryer and hair straighteners in the bathroom were just such little things, but such great details. The beds were super comfy, and everything was so clean and tidy. We would highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again when visiting Raglan.

We loved our break away and had a comfy ,warm stay which we really enjoyed.

Decor was nice,comfy furniture and lovely co.fy beds.The bathroom was well equipped and the shower was a great size.The heatpump warmed the whole house and it was quiet due to the double glazing .

We were disappointed that there was no dish washer as you were relying on the previous occupants washing up your dishes to a high standard.A dishwasher sterilises the dishes.Also most people have one at home and don't expect to have to wash them on holiday.

The place was spotless and had everything you could.ever need or want! Cool beachy vibes inside and just in general so nice. Everyone raved at what a cool spot I had chosen lol.... Would highly recommend and come back!

The house was well appointed, and very clean, positioned close to town, with plenty of parking. It was hot weather, but the aircon worked perfectly. Comfy beds and couches, good water pressure. We enjoyed using mint and chives from the garden too, thank you.

The short kitchen sink tap had a tendency to splash across the bench. We couldn't find any kitchen scissors.

It has everything you need; kitchen ammenties amazing, little touches everywhere (moisturisor, coffee, choccies) Only slight issue was the wind breezing through main bedroom (middle window), but it was very bad weather.

A great place to stay and feel relaxed and leave refreshed

A wonderful place! Welcome card and choccies and heat pump was on and some ambient lights. Made us feel very welcomed especially as it was a cold evening. So tidy and the place was immediately comfy and relaxing. Close to town and a very informative instruction book. The shampoo and conditioner was amazing. Heat pump made it so cosy, and there was extra warm blankets if we wanted, however the beds were warm and super comfy like on a cloud (2 adults were on kids beds and said they were nice for kids beds). I've recommended this place to other friends and family as the stay was so very enjoyable. I had arranged the weekend for 4 mums for a kid free weekend, will visit again with the hubby and kids. The Property Manager was very nice. We stayed in a cool autumn weekend, I'm sure summer months would be just as great!

The code to the lockbox wasn't received so it delayed us getting into the property. The automated booking message didn't specify the code. We got hold of PM and it was sorted. Other very minor things almost not worth mentioning. I checked to make sure there were wine glasses and the girls brought a bottle of champagne which would have been nicer in wine flutes not standard wine glasses but this is soooo minor. The big main bedroom had tiles so a little cool on feet in the cooler months, but I had socks to roam around in, seriously, not a biggie as there was floor rugs also.

“Lazy Days at Left Break” exceeded our expectations.. by far one of the best we’ve experienced! The accommodation was exceptionally clean & tidy, beds were very comfortable, and the location served us well as a convenient base to explore Raglan from. Communication with the host was superb.. thanks for the chocolates on arrival!
