Experience a Spanish-style bungalow built in the 1920s in the center of the downtown area of Fort Myers. It is a private home and central to the Fort Myers downtown area. Just minutes away from the charming waterfront downtown historic district. The bungalow is over 100 years old but she proudly represents a time during Edison's dreams and love to make Fort Myers a favorite Floridian stop along the Gulf Coast. The neighborhood is within the city limits and is diverse and growing. It exhibits the life of a southern coastal urban inner city, with visitors and locals of all income levels. From family life, workers, visitors and apartment dwellers. It is also near the Fort Myers pier, parks, marina, specialty shops, and restaurants. The Lee County Hospital and main roads lead to highway access to all other favorite cities, beaches and destinations Florida is known for.
This area is inner city, not the suburbs so there is a difference

This authentic historical house has been updated so it does have the modern conveniences most homes have. It is cozy and comfortable. The property has been well-maintained and updated with style over the years.
Clear access and lighting make your entry safe and the check-in will grant you the freedom to come and go easily. Vivint keyless entry is not only secure but safe as outdoor security is always prudent.
The house accommodates up to 4 people.
The main bedroom is the suite, a bedroom with an adjoining room that includes a sitting area plus a standing closet with its own, private bathroom. It has an upscale and fresh look and quality Casper mattress with a cover that is sanitized after every every stay. A 32” smart television is over the modern storage cubby console.
The second bedroom has the same Casper mattress with extra clean bedding, and a closet as well.
The living room has a very comfortable slipcover couch, with a lot of light. It is easy to maintain and converse with others as it is a semi-open concept. We provide a television, but we hope you step out and enjoy what Fort Myers has to offer daily. It is a wonderful city, the beaches, and night-life as well as day trips are fun and easy to enjoy.
A fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, including glasses, cups, plates, bowls, and pots & pans and water filtration system. If that is not available we provide Brita and filters.

THERE IS NO EXCEPTION, NO SMOKING (anything), NO VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE & FRONT COURTYARD. Smoking is allowed outside, at the front, or on the sidewalk.

**Please see that all trash is taken out daily to the trash can reciprocal. Recyclables and trash go in separate trash cans.

THE GARAGE and use of the backyard are not available. We do not have outdoor seating.
Just a suggestion, as you could use green wicker chairs from parlour area if you like and want to sit outside.

**Due to Hurricane Ian much of the landscape is still recovering so please understand the surroundings may look less maintained. It is a work in process.
