Relax and enjoy all downtown Fort Myers has to offer! This historic home on a former guava plantation is a 7 minute walk to the historic River District - chock-full of shops, theaters and nightlife. Enjoy one of the many delicious restaurants within walking distance, or prepare a meal in the Casita's well-stocked kitchen and enjoy eating under the pergola in the backyard. There's no better place to enjoy the old Florida charm of Gardner's Park.
This listing is for the Treehouse Suite. It is located on the second floor of the duplex. You will have dedicated access via a staircase on the side of the home. Please note, the stairs are steep.
If you need a break from dining out, the kitchen is fully-stocked and ready for you to prepare your meals. Enjoy your food under the lights of the pergola out back or at the dining table. Spend a night in relaxing on the couch and enjoy a movie on the 55" smart TV. You'll find all the comforts of home here - extra blankets for chilly nights, a Keurig with provided coffee to start your morning on the right foot & free laundry with detergent.
The master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a full tub and shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable bed, hangers & dressers.
If you're traveling with little ones, we're happy to provide a pack & play, highchair, baby bath, toys/books & monitor. Please just let us know before you check in! We always provide children's utensils and dinnerware.

The house is lovely and in a great location. Within easy walking distance to downtown and stones throw away from two microbrewery’s.

The unit was great, clean and had everything we could ask for

Our flight was cancelled two hours before boarding. There were no other flights due to spring break. We weren’t able to go. I’m not about to rate the unit. I got a partial refund and was told if they were able to book it they would do a full refund. I checked everyday and the until wasn’t available meaning sometime else was able to book it. I’m still waiting on my full refund
