Located in the historic district of Fort Myers, just a short walk from downtown, it offers the perfect setting for your stay.
Whether Barra Villa I or Barra Villa II – each accommodation delights with its individual design and great attention to detail. The tropical garden invites you to unwind in cozy lounge areas.
Barra Villa II consists of three units: “Apartment Pelican,” “Apartment Flamingo,” and “Studio Turtle.” Each unit has its own entrance, private bathroom, kitchen, and combined living and sleeping area. The shared outdoor space offers a gas grill and plenty of seating areas. Upon request, the entire villa or even the complete resort can be rented exclusively.

From the moment you enter Apartment Pelican, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and TV is perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for an independent stay – including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as ample tableware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
Two separate bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, offer restful sleep for up to four guests. Practical wardrobes provide additional storage space for your luggage.
Just a few steps through the garden away, you’ll find the shared pool, which is heated during the winter months – ideal for relaxing under the Florida sun.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican Apartment at Villa Barra. The apartment was extremely clean and very well supplied with everything we needed. The pool was warm and inviting, and the location was perfect—we enjoyed a pleasant 10–15 minute walk to the River District each evening for dinner. Each morning we made coffee using the provided coffee maker and relaxed before starting the day. The central air kept the apartment very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the key lockbox system, which made it easy when we went our separate ways during the day. Marlene’s communication was excellent from start to finish. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and a great place to stay—we will definitely be back!

The hosts of this lovely property provided clear information in a timely manner, and were available for any questions or problems. The location is excellent for walking to a great eating area downtown, and is close to the Edison/Ford estate as well. There's a nice pool for cooling off in the Florida sun!
