Luxury City Centre Apartment, Exeter.

Great location very spacious and clean.

The apartment was renovated and has really high ceilings and lovely wide windows. It has a sunny aspect and overlooks big trees at the front. The location is quiet. The loungeroom and meals seating area is spacious and relaxing. Everything you need in the kitchen for your self catering. Full-size fridge. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hanging space. It was good to come back to the comfortable apartment at the end of our day out. Appreciated the fresh milk on the fridge and the packet of biscuits. Waitrose Supermarket is nearby, easy walking distance from the apartment. Secure gated parking at the rear of the apartments.

This apartment was not only roomy and attractively furnished, but also full of small personal touches that made it feel homey — useful guidebooks on the shelves, attractive prints on the walls, and pretty cushions and curtains. We were very pleased to be able to park in the backyard. From the flat, it's about a twenty-minute walk to Exeter Cathedral and most of the city sights we were interested in, but we knew that beforehand and enjoyed the stroll.

It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
