Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, which includes the hot tub, driveway parking with a complimentary EV charging station, and a yard.
The property features a keyless entry smart lock. You will receive a code to access the cabin prior to your arrival, and this code will become active at 3 PM on your arrival day.
There is a fenced dog run area available for your pet. Additionally, guests are welcome to relax in the area beneath the fencing where the string lights are located. Please be mindful of the stakes that mark the property line.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Early check-in requests may be approved based on availability.
During holidays, check-in may be as late as 6:00 PM, and early check-in will not be available.
CHRISTMAS POLICY:
Reservations during the Christmas holiday require a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Reservations cannot begin or end on December 25 or January 1.
New reservations cannot create single-night gaps.
No cancellations or changes are allowed 30 days before your scheduled arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
CHRISTMAS POLICY: For reservations during the Christmas Holiday, there will be a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights. Reservations cannot check in or check out on December 25th or January 1st. New reservations cannot create single-night gaps and may require additional nights to book based on existing reservations. All reservations MUST be paid in full by December 1st or at the time of the reservation if the reservation is booked after December 01. There will be absolutely NO cancellations or changes 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: (Normal reservations other than holidays, etc.): If you give us 14 days or more notice, we will refund your FULL DEPOSIT less the cancellation fee*. With less than 14 days’ notice, but greater than 7 days’ notice, we will refund 50% of your deposit less the cancellation fee*. Less than 7 days’ notice, but greater than 48 hours’ notice, we will refund 25% of your deposit less the cancellation fee*. If you give us less than 48 hours’ notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost. Any reservation 30 days or longer will require a 30-day notice to cancel.
SPECIAL EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY: Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc., require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE to cancel for a full refund less the cancellation fee*. If you give us less than 30 Days' notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost.
*CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEE: If you must cancel, a $40.00 amount plus 6% of the amount charged will be withheld from your deposit as the cancellation fee. If you wish to change your reservation for a Standard reservation and the arrival is more than 14 days from today, there will be a $40 change fee added to the reservation. Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions,, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc.,, require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE for any changes. Only one change is allowed for any reservation.

Dogs must be supervised at all times. If left alone at a property, they must be secured in a portable crate.
Dogs must remain off all furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, etc.).
Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste upon checkout.
Noise: Please ensure pets are quiet and respectful to neighbors—excessive barking may result in noise complaints to authorities and early removal from our property without refund.
💲 Pet Fees & Fines
Mandatory Pet Fee: $25 per dog, per night .
Unattended Dogs: $200 fine if found uncrated and alone in a property, plus any additional cleaning/damage costs.
$100 fine per pet that is discovered at a non–pet-friendly property
Furniture Cleaning: Additional fees apply if dogs are found on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Dog hair removal is a very time consuming task for housekeepers. We ask that you bring your pet's own bed for this reason. Use of our pillows or blankets for dog beds will result in a charge to replace those items.
Pet Waste: We require that you pick up all pet waste from the property before leaving. A minimum $50 fee applies if waste is left behind.

Very comfy small cabin - beds comfortable, well-appointed kitchen, and the small "home office" was super useful! We saw elk and and deer in the neighborhood and yard.

Great property for a small group! Very cozy as indicated. The beds are very comfortable. The bedrooms were warm until the early morning hours. We found one box fan that helped in 1 bedroom but could really have used another for the second bedroom. Ceiling fans would be a great upgrade to this property in the bedrooms!! The hot tub was great! We did not cook or grill but it appeared to have decent accommodations. Quiet neighborhood until some guests came in next door with two large dogs that spent a lot of time outdoors and barked! We saw deer and elk. We had a couple of small issues initially and once I reached out they responded quickly and resolved them! We would certainly consider staying again!

Everything about our stay was great the cabin was nice and clean also had the hot tub warm and ready we only got to stay in it for about 10 min because the wind was real bad but other then that it was awesome!!!
