After numerous days on the road, staying in generic chain h/motels, it was a treat to spend 2 nights in an actual house.
Big, comfy beds. A decent shower. A cosy lounge/diner. Quiet.
There were bits and pieces around which were presumably a mix of left items and guest provisioning to make use of. (I treated myself to a Magnum from the freezer!)
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stop in the area, especially if they want a self catering option.

Excellent communication. Spacious rooms. Just be aware a deposit is needed after booking. This was returned promptly. Parking is great, one way road so difficult to find at first.

Perfect communication with the host. All the details were clearly explained from the beginning. The location is great, nice and quiet. The house absolutely amazing. Good value for money. I would choose this place again with no hesitation.

we were really pleased to find this option for a group of friends visiting for the weekend. Much easier than a hotel or B&B. Easy check-in, comfy beds, all very clean and tidy and easy walking distance into Topsham for buses and trains elsewhere.
