Im Ferienhaus ist sehr viel Platz; der Abstand zu anderen Häusern ist gross; die Ausstattung ist komplett; die Entfernung zum Strand ist gering.
Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist ziemlich weit entfernt, so dass das Gepäckschleppen sowohl am ersten und am letzten Ferientag etwas nervt; im Schuppen sind keine Steckdosen, daher müssen E-Bike Akkus immer ausgebaut und im Ferienhaus geladen werden.
