A 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the north shore of Pickerel Lake. This southern exposure provides you with plenty of sunshine and southern breezes in the summer.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has 300' of prime sand bottom lake frontage for your summer lake fun. The home itself is setback only 40' from the water with a large deck between the house and the water.
The house has a master bedroom with a king size bed and its own master bathroom. The two other bedrooms have queen size beds for your comfort. There is also a bunk room that has a double mattress on the bottom and a single on top. The living room is spacious with what is termed a million dollar view of the lake. The kitchen is roomy and has all the amenities and cooking needs available to you. The kitchen is open to the living room area and lake views as well.
This property is 2.75 acres with plenty of privacy from neighbors. The house sits in the middle of 300' of frontage so its 150' of wooded area between this house and the neighbors on both sides.
A firepit and firewood for campfires is available to you for your evening fires enjoyment. Weekly rentals are SUNDAY to SUNDAY

Very nice place to stay, cozy, clean and lots of room. Our 3 grandchildren had a blast even though it rained on Saturday. They especially liked the bunk room and the videos downstairs. Thanks Bonnie and Bob, we all appreciate it. Nice and relaxing too!

Had an ok time as weather did not cooperate. If weather had, would have been really nice to have a lawn that was mowed and some exterior cleaning done.
