About this house rental
Welcome to Grizzly Peak!
Spend quality time with family and friends surrounded by natural beauty! This "up north" Lodge makes you feel right at home, with a large open-concept gathering space plus extra living room/bunkhouse to spread out. This waterfront property is very private and boasts rolling hills & mature forests on a tranquil back bay of Long Lake. Kayaks & Row Boat included. Bring your own boat, too, if desired and dock it at the private pier. We are dog friendly! Swim, Boat, Kayak, BBQ, Bonfire, ATV & RELAX at the Griz!
Spiral stairs takes guests down to the lower level living room/bunkhouse which has 4 twin beds. Adjacent to the living room is another bedroom with queen bed, second full bathroom, washer and dryer, and walkout to lower patio.
Both living rooms have TVs with DVD players with a variety of DVDs for adults and children. Lower living room also has gaming system and Foosball table. Board games and cards are also available for family fun! Wifi provided by Starlink- stream your favorite shows with our smart TVs.
Please Note- there is a flight of stairs to access the main living area and stairs/downward path to access the lake frontage. The views from the home's location on the hill are beautiful.

Please treat the home, lake, land, and wild animals with respect. Cleaning up litter inside and out and leaving the whole property as you found it is mandatory. Extra fees will apply if home or outside is left otherwise.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm-7am. Please be respectful to the neighbors and limit your volume during those times.
No parties are allowed at any time. Minimum age to rent property is 24 years old.
No fireworks allowed at any time.
The inside of the property is 100% non-smoking, including the use of vape pens. $500+ in smoke mitigation charges will be added if any smoking takes place indoors.
No firearms of any kind.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Septic system is not able to handle it.
Kitchen sink does NOT have a garbage disposal. Please use strainers to dispose of food remnants so they do not go down the drain.
No confetti or glitter of any kind please.
Please do not move furniture.
No oil frying indoors. Please don't use potent spices that cause lingering odors as to not affect future guests.
Portable propane BBQ grill is on site. Please use it away from the house and be sure to turn off the propane after use. Please clean the grates and leave it as you found it.
Firewood is provided to get you started. Guests will need to provide wood thereafter. Bonfires should never exceed the size of the fire ring.
Well-behaved and 100% potty-trained dogs are welcome. Please keep dogs off couches and beds. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside at all times. Please be conscious of excessive barking to not upset any neighbors. Please wipe paws and make sure only clean dogs are allowed back in the house. Please don't use bath towels to wipe dogs. There are rags for your use. Cleaning up after your dog in the yard is required! Guests are responsible for any damage or excess cleaning needed. Limit three dogs per group.
