About this house rental
Come get away from it all and take a vacation on beautiful Crane Lake. Crane Lake is 355 acres and is connected by a channel to Pickerel Lake which is about 1200 acres.h
Here you can fish, boat, swim, kayak, paddle board, atv, snowmobile and just enjoy nature! There are also 2 casinos nearby.
-- The boat landing is conveniently located a block down the road.
-- You can leave on ATVs from the cabin about 5 miles down pavement to Augustus springs trails.
-- There are numerous places in the area to get lunch, dinner or drinks.
The cabin has 4 bedrooms:
-- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed
-- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed / 1 Twin Bed Bunk + 3 mini bunks for children
-- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
-- Bedroom 4: 1 Full-Size Bed
-- 2 Pullout Sofa
-- 2 portable cots available .. Can be set up in the overflow room on lower level
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed.
Towels and linens are provided. There are extra linens/blankets available for the pullout sofa & cots.
We do allow dogs but you must pick up after them.
Outside you will find 2 kayaks & 1 paddle board. You will need to provide your own life vests. It is not the best frontage for swimming as it can become silty but fun to catch panfish off the dock! It’s nice to jump off the boat in the middle of the lake or at the small island on Crane Lake, otherwise there is a sandbar on Pickerel Lake or a sandy beach at 'Pickerel Point Resort Bar and Grill.' There is a gas grill available for use on the deck and a fire pit.

This cabin was beautiful and had all the things we needed. Eric was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the view was gorgeous. I forgot my diamond earrings and Eric helped return them. Wonderful place and hosts.

Our stay was just wonderful! A great location that is close to neighbors but still felt private, a home that is newly renovated, a great swimming area for our kids, a beautiful view, and a great lake for fishing, we really had it all this time around. The owner, Eric, and his family, really took great pride in making this a relaxing place to stay and it truly felt like home to us for a week. Our kids enjoyed playing in the water with our 1yo lab – swimming, jumping from the raft, paddle boating, catching frogs, watching deer wade in the lily pads, muskrats, and many families of ducks. Fishing from the pier, there were plenty of small panfish, but we did bring our boat and ventured out for some great bass fishing, bluegills and walleyes too. We also enjoyed watching the many loons, eagles, and osprey while out on the water. A week really wasn’t enough time to appreciate this gem! The cabin has many updates inside and out, too many to list, but all wonderfully done. The covered deck with the ceiling fan was a great way to cool down and play games after being out on the lake in the summer heat. The kitchen is well stocked and had plenty of storage for all our food. And the newly finished lower level gave us plenty of room to spread out, so we never felt crowded when we wanted to do different things. We did contact Eric about a small issue, and he was very quick to get back to us and help us out. All in all, this was a great place to stay, and we hope to be back next year!

Nicely updated cottage on lake front. Ample parking for 4 vehicles. Comfortable accommodations for our group of 5 adults. Everything as described and in working order.
