About this house rental
North woods retreat within walking distance of Ski Brule! 1300 square foot home with finished basement. 3 bedrooms. 2 upstairs bedrooms both include 1 queen bed. there is a Full and a twin in the downstairs bedroom as well as a Full in the basement game room area. A futon and a queen pullout couch are in the house as well. 1 Full bath with Sauna! Foosball, air hockey, and darts in the basement as well as a game closet with over 40 options! Back deck has a Hot tub ready for use as well as a propane fire pit, and a Charcoal grill. All the modern conveniences needed are included. Stay and play year round in Iron County, Michigan. Experience the fantastic fishing for panfish, Trout, Walleye, Bass, and Muskie in the numerous area lakes and rivers. ATV, UTV, and Snowmobile friendly area with trail access just a few minutes from the driveway. Hunting opportunities are plentiful as well with a Grouse Management site within 20 minutes. Enjoy day trips to the UP waterfalls as well! Come stay at the Conifer Lodge!
ATV trails access - You can get there from the driveway, the closest access is in Caspian. Map will be in the binder on the kitchen table.
Fishing - the area has excellent fishing opportunities. Ive been fishing the area for 30 years so feel free to reach out! If the house is booked 5 nights, and guests give me enough notice, I can try to work out a day where I can take up to 3 people fishing on an area lake or river.
Trout streams - The paint River, Cooks Run, Ontonagon, and Iron River all provide exceptional trout fishing for Fly fisherman and Conventional fisherman alike. Primarily Brook and Brown Trout, but fantastic populations of both are present.

Casino - There is Northern waters casino about 40 minutes away in Watersmeet.
