This was a house designed for 25 people with more than enough plates, coffee cups, utensils, pots and pans, bowls, as well as seating both for dining and hangingout together. Middle of winter, walked across the lake, sled down the driveway since no one was staying next door.

The location is great, and there is a very large kitchen table. It is also nice to have a second dining table if you have a large group. There is also a dishwasher, and 4 bathrooms. Both are nice for a large group. We have stayed here several times before, and the quality of service and care was much higher before Vacasa took it over. Still, it is a very nice property for a large group.
I don't think anyone did anything to the yard to prepare for guests. The grass was very long and there was so much goose poop that 4 of us spent a half hour picking up poop in order to be able to walk to the dock without tracking it into the house. We like to be outside playing yard games and kayaking and fishing, so this was pretty disappointing to see upon arrival.
Inside, there is a leak from the upstairs bathroom that runs down the fireplace block. This should be repaired soon.
Some of the mattresses are in good shape and some desperately need to be replaced.
The Rainbow play system is great for kids, but the slide was not attached to the frame! It was leaned into position but not bolted on! Fortunately one of our adults noticed this before the kids got on it. That could have been disastrous!
The kitchen has plenty of plates and glasses, but could use a large fry pan (large groups = lots of mouths to feed), and a hand mixer would be a nice addition.
