The Island View I offers all the amenities you desire in a peaceful Northwoods setting for you and your guests. This beautiful property is a 3,850-square-foot home with eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, and accommodations to house 25 people comfortably. Other highlights include two decks, a fireplace, a grill, a fully equipped kitchen, HDTV, as well as all linens, bedding, and disposable products included with your rental. The expansive lawn also has a playground system and a comfortable seating area, which extends from the home that is decorated in a Ralph Lauren Northwoods style. This home is located just off the snowmobile trail system, offering hundreds of miles of groomed trails from your front door. It is also located within a few minutes of downtown Eagle River for all your shopping needs, and within 10 minutes of the Nicolet National Forest and its over 650,000 acres of hiking and biking trails. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. This home is intended for family gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m and are strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in eviction. All reservations require a copy of the rental terms be reviewed and signed within 72 hours of booking. All events exceeding the maximum occupancy require written request and approval from Vacasa. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC.

Everything, other than the beds, was great! Great location, great house, and it was clean. The beds though.... ufff... You could tell they were all quite old and everyone said they were not that comfortable.

This home was perfect for our stay. We had four families each with kids in their late teens and early 20s. Plenty of room in the house for sleeping and large group meals and card playing. The deck and yard are well kept with a great view of the water. We brought two boats with us. The dock is big and could have fit a third boat. We have been renting on the chain for the last five years and this was our best experience. Great house!

Accuracy of property was excellent. Property and cabin were clean and tidy. Wifi was surprisingly fast and handled a group of 6 with no issues. Only two complaints:- The code provided for the front door lock did not work when we arrived and had to call the 1-800 number to get it reset, which did work but was a slight inconvenience after traveling all day- The upstairs master bathroom shower had no hot water at all. Every other bathroom worked just fine though.Aside from those two issues everything else was great and would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone else!

Good communication once we got in touch with a local manager. Dealing with Vacasa through messages was a hassle. Not enough parking for the size of the 2 houses in the winter. We were there for snowmobiling so ofcourse we had trailers. Driveway was not cleaned at all trucks that parked in the driveway were stuck, big trucks with four wheel drive.
