About this house rental
Thank you for looking at our NEWLY UPDATED HOME! This ski in/out has breathtaking mountain views, gourmet kitchen, built in eating nook, top of the line appliances, designer furnishing and finishes throughout, game room with pool table, foosball, theatre room, bar, sauna, outdoor hot tub, fitness room, ski lockers with boot warmers. Over 9,000 sq ft and great for corporate events or large families. Our home has multiple levels and a glass elevator. We have 3 King suites with beautiful ensuite baths, a queen suite with two queen beds and an ensuite bath, 2 separate custom queen bunk beds (each room sleeps 8) with an ensuite bath. Multiple half baths, outdoor seating and heated driveway. Access to the Jordanelle lift makes this home an elite property. Ski In/Out access cannot be guaranteed as we have no affiliation with Deer Valley Resort. 7 night minimum stay for the months of December/January. No animals please. Additional cleaning fees may be added if more extensive cleaning is needed.
Important Notes:
-The house will be supplied with the following complimentary items: hand soap in each bath, a set of travel sized shampoo/conditioner/soap, 2 sets of paper towels per kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, trash bags, dish soap, one kitchen sponge, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest. We also may have a few spices, baggies and aluminum foil for your use but not guaranteed. The home is supplied with basic house keeping needs.
-Please do not have packages delivered to this address before or after you arrive. We cannot guarantee acceptance of any package for you.

We have been coming to deer valley for almost 20 years. We always come the day after Christmas and leave new years. This house is just perfect. It has everything you could ask for. The kitchen is stocked beautifully. We like to do a lot of cooking and this is hands down one of the best stocked kitchens. The rooms are comfortable and perfect for a large group
