About this house rental
The more the merrier! This is an amazing opportunity to have TWO beautiful luxury ski homes right next door to each other, located in Deer Valley / Park City, Utah. Just a few minutes from Deer Valley Resort and 3-5 minutes from Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort. You are set in a quiet cul-de-sac with peace and privacy but steps away from all the action Park City has to offer. The first home is our brand new Luxury Ski and Vacation Home, sleeps 30-36 comfortably. You will enjoy 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms of pure custom built and furnished luxury. Incredible views out the great room / kitchen of the ski runs and surrounding mountains. This home includes a big game room with a ping pong table, arcade games, and an amazing theater. A large hot tub sits on the back deck, and a gourmet, top of the line, kitchen having all the amenities and high end appliances you will need. The second home is our luxury Deer Valley Chalet, sleeps 40+ people. This 6250 sq. ft Deer Valley Ski Chalet features 9 large bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, a gorgeous fully stocked gourmet kitchen, multiple tables for large dining parties and amazing views off of the front decks. Additionally, there are 2 game rooms, a large garage that fits up to 7 cars in the garage and driveway and a large 10 man hot tub that overlooks Deer Valley and many of the yearly Ski competitions, firework shows and other events.
* During the winter months, our accommodations offer convenient shuttle access directly to the resort. Simply step outside your door, hop onto the shuttle, and in just a few minutes, you'll find yourself on the ski hill. It's the most convenient setup in town!
* You are surrounded by world class restaurants, activities, adventures and culture. Just steps away from Deer Valley Pond which is Park City's best spot for Stand Up Paddle Boarding, boating and other water activities. Right next to the Pond is the Deer Valley Grocery Café where you can grab a delicious lunch, dinner or snacks on the deck overlooking picturesque Deer Valley.
* In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike standard hotel practice, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home.

They space was lovely. We loved that both houses had enough room for a large group gathering. We are quite a chatty bunch and each night we stayed we alternated the "stay up and talk" house.
I was also grateful that the house doesn't have big overhead speakers unlike ski airbnb's I have stayed at in the past. It was easy to justify going out to loud dancey events instead of trying to create them in the shared space.
Both houses had a perfect amount of natural light and views of the mountains and surrounding neighborhood. Every morning had that "ski retreat magic" energy.
My group loves staying in and cooking, and the kitchen had exactly what we needed to serve up eggs, bacon, coffee, and matcha for our full group. The double dishwashers were a life saver. Efficiency can be tough with a large group!
There were originally some issues with the accuracy of sleeping spaces on the listing but this was quickly resolved and everyone had a space to sleep. The pull out couches were tucked away in a windowless room for a perfect sleeping scenario.
The sleeping spaces (including pull out couches) were set up beautifully when we arrived which was more than we expected. It saved us a lot of time and allowed us to catch up with our friends.
The neighborhood is amazingly efficient. You can request a shuttle directly from your door to the slopes! This is the first ski accommodations I am considering booking for a second year in a row. Everyone had nothing but glowing reviews.
