What an amazing house! We were in town for a wedding and needed somewhere to host the "college friends". We could not have picked a better spot. Plenty of room to gather in the main living room and outside deck space. But also quiet places to chill if anyone needed downtime. Such easy access to Main Street - and our favorite, High West! Every bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for a wedding weekend when everyone was getting ready at once. We'd come back to this house without hesitation.

This place is amazing and Alpine Retreats was incredible as well. The size of the house, the amenities, the location, everything was nearly perfect. The property did have a few minor issues here - slow drains, loose fixtures, wonky door locks, and an elevator that was out of service while we were there (note - lots of stairs). It's my opinion though that those minor issues should not detract you from this location - it truly is incredible. Everything was nearly 5 star. I would not hesitate to rent this house again. Heather at Alpine Retreats should also get a special mention - she was fantastic in helping book and then helping with various aspects of our stay.

This is an amazing house and I am not sure if there is a better location in Park City. Literally steps from Main Street, the Town Lift, High West, The Bridge, etc. There are a ton of bedrooms and multiple areas to hang out. I think you could easily fit 4 families and maybe even 5 families. It is downtown living -- not much outdoor space -- but I think that is the point. One thing to keep in mind: there are a lot of stairs. And it is essentially two houses put together so sometimes you have to go up then down to get from one side of the house to the other. Note: the garage is a little bit of a pain -- they don't have garage door openers so you have to get out every time to open/close the garages.

We had a great stay at this home for our annual family trip! The location was perfect—close to both town and town lift, making it really convenient for getting around and enjoying every bit of Park City. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone. Overall, it was a cozy and convenient spot for a family getaway. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back next year!
