Very accommodating.
The lights went out and it was seriously dark. Quite scary to be honest. Therefore, I did not sleep well at all.
We also got a call to say we must cancel our booking 2days before our trip as renovations were not completed. I refused to cancel from my side as I would have had to pay to cancel. I explained this and the gentleman then said he would make a plan.
We are glad he made a plan but it was very concerning not having traveled there before.

The receptionist that stays on the property is amazing and very helpful
It is run down and need some tlc. The towels were very old and torn. The shower head is very low, we pumped our heads and we are not tall. The toilet seat was broken. The bed is old and not comfortable
