Needed more cleaning stuff in kitchen.

The Lemon Tree Guest House was spotlessly clean, and it met our expectations for our one-night stay. It represents good value for money, and it is a perfect place to stopover when travelling between inland and the coast.

The mattress on the double bed had a banana shape, possibly indicative of not having been turned over regularly. The shower needs a door - when one showered, the bathroom floor and the lavatory got soaked!

Very clean and tidy, with friendly helpful owner

Located in a quiet area. Easily accessible and close to the town. Access to the room was fairly easy and convenient. The unit was quite clean and had sufficient kitchen utensils. Also there were enough clean towels everyday.

Lots of potholes on the street to the facility makes driving very uncomfortable (no fault of the facility owner. Its a municipality problem!) I was very disappointed when the owner brought a burned and broken ironing board. The board could not stand and was thus mulfunctioning. The owner said she did not have another ironing board. I found that shocking and irritating! She promised to fix the broken one and bring it back. She left and never returned! I had to iron on the bed. No apology was offered, which I found very unprofessional and disappointing. The owner must pay attention to the water that flows out of the the shower and almost floods the bathroom when one takes a shower. This is due to the unavailability of a shielding shower curtain or shower door. The concept of an open shower is good but inappropriate in the room I was in.
