The location

The apartment we booked was totally different from the one we stayed. The furniture was old and there was a door that separated our apartment from the one next door with a closet in front of the door to avoid entering.

Nice apartment, great location

Nicely updated apartment. Location is great for a walk into town and price was on point. Beds were comfortable. Good communication with owner.

Apartment is smaller than anticipated. Parking while free, is in a very tight parking garage so unless you have a small car, it’s a challenge getting into and out.

Easy walk into centre. Washing machine and iron a bonus as was yoghurt abd breakfast breads.

The bedroom was very uncomfortable. Pulll down double bed and sofa pulled out left no space. Would not recommend for anybody other than a couple.

Host was friendly and provided all information as well as smooth check-in. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast set was pleasable.

Chair for sleeping was awful as well as 2 beds (sofa and chair) in same room for 3 persons is not an option for good sleep. Pillows were not comfy.

Exceptional

I arrived 2 hours before the scheduled time. I wrote to Simona when I left the highway that I still had 10 minutes to my destination. He arrived at the same time as me and handed over the apartment to me. It was great. The parking lot is exactly under the block, access with a key. The apartment is well divided. Sufficient kitchen for cooking with everything you need. The bathroom is small, but with exactly what you need. The dining area is rather small, for 2 adults and 2 children (5 and 7 years old), there is also a Smart TV, the children are super obsessed (you will understand why). In the bedroom another TV, a matrimonial bed and 2 other small beds, enough for us. The following products were already present: cold mineral water in the refrigerator, Lavazza capsules for coffee, jam, dried bread, milk, croissants and many others. Great welcome. The location is what attracted me the most. Very close to the beach. In addition to the many paid beaches, there are also two free ones, really smaller ones, close to the apartment. The center, the casino and all the terraces are very close, a pleasure to walk in the evening.

It is on the 4th floor, but with an elevator.

I miss it already!!

This property location is ultra convenient in many respects. An underground parking garage provides hassle free parking. It is literally across the street from the striped marble sidewalk that lines the shoreside on the approach to Sanremo (10min walk to Center). Easy access to the Autostrada just up the hill a couple of traffic lights to the west. The apartment itself is modern and has everything you’d need. Even a laundry machine which came in handy considering we’re on a long road trip. The building even had one of those cool classic wooden elevators and the lobby was filled with interesting artwork of all kinds. The owner is very friendly and kind offering suggestions and discounts at nearby spas and restaurants. They had lots of little snacks and wonderful candies for us. Sanremo is a beautiful place but Andrea’s place is a gem!

Cheap and cheerful.

This apartment was not what I was expecting. I think it is a family apartment that doubles as a guest apartment. Having said this it was clean and comfortable enough for 1 night. There was plenty of coffee capsules for the machine, but 'breakfast' was a selection of plastic wrapped pastries/toast. Not very appetising.

The apartment is situated in a residential apartment block. There are no signs and no concierge. Luckily a lady who was leaving the block had an idea who to phone and eventually the owner turned up. The apartment introduction was rushed. The wifi password was incorrect. The contact telephone number given did not appear to have anything to do with the apartment. This was more like I would expect from an air b&b. It is not a designated apartment for exclusive use of guests.

Such a nice location and cozy facility. Crazy accessibility : 2,3 minutes by walk to get sea shore area.. Very quick and kind reply from staff. I highly recommend this place someone who looking for price-worth value place.

Petit appartement très sympa

Petit appartement très propre et bien équipé. On peut garer sa voiture et rejoindre le centre par la promenade du bord de mer en 10mn à pied.

Il n'y a qu'une chambre pour les 4 couchages. Pour 4 adultes cela peut être gênant (il faut bien se connaître 😉). Pour une famille c'est nickel. Il n'y a qu'un jeu de clés : il faut entrer et sortir tous ensemble.

Gute Lage aber ansonsten nie mehr wieder

Die Lage ist gut. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng aber es ging gerade noch.

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit Frühstück gebucht und auch dafür gezahlt. Das gab es aber leider nicht. Eine Gemeinschaftslonge wie auf den Bildern konnten wir leider nicht finden ebensowenig die Dachterrasse. Der Gastgeber wohnt in der Nebenwohnung und konnte mitten in der Nacht seine eigene Türe nicht öffnen. Sie klemmt nämlich. Er hat gar nicht versucht leise zu sein.

Sauberes Appartment in einem Wohnhaus mit toller Lage

Tolle Lage und unser Auto konnten wir in einer Garage parken. Da wir noch ein Fahrrad dabei hatten, konnten wir dieses ebenfalls problemlos in der Garage unterstellen.

Das Frühstück war nicht Vorort. Hierzu durften wir in eine lokale Bar, welche dann gegen Kosten ein Frühstück angeboten hat. Da Italiener oft nur eine Tasse Kaffee + Crossiant frühstücken , war das Budget dafür eigentlich nicht passend. Wir haben uns dann mit dem Vermieter auf eine Lösung geeinigt. Allerdings sind wir von einem umfangreichen Frühstück ausgegangen.

Consigliatissimo!

L' alloggio di Andrea è bellissimo è di recente ristrutturazione e con interni di pregio e moderni. È ideale per una famiglia avendo una sola stanza da letto. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in tre (2 adulti e 1 bambina) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, cialde del caffè e i detersivi per la cucina (pensiero molto gradito). L' alloggio dispone di un posto auto all' interno del garage condominiale. Per noi era un requisito fondamentale. L' alloggio è al 4 piano dotato di ascensore. La posizione è molto comoda perché in 10 Min a piedi sulla passeggiata si raggiunge il centro cittadino e in 5 Min è possibile raggiungere la famosa pista ciclabile, il noleggio biciclette e la spiaggia.

A szállás tiszta, rendezett, egy régi társasház egyik teljesen felújított lakása. A szállas nagyon jól felszerelt a konyhában minden van amire szükség lehet, a fürdőszobában még mosógép is található. Az elhelyezkedés szuper, 1 perc a part, az erkély nem arra néz de talán jobb is az utca zaj miatt. Parkolási lehetőség.

Tulajdonképpen több dolog: 1. Reggeli nem igazán nevezhető annak néhány végtelenségig tartósított élelmiszer van bekészítve, de erre senki ne alapozzon 2. A parkoló ugyan szuper, hogy van a mélygarázsban viszont annyira szűkös és kicsi, hogy minden nap egy művészet volt be és kijönni. 3. A lakás bejárata a "hall" ig közös egy másik lakással!!!!! Mint megtudtuk a tulaj lakik ott. Valószínűleg ez egy nagyobb lakás volt amiből leválasztottak egy részt és kiadják. Alapvetően nem volt zavaró, de jó lett volna ha előre tudunk róla, mert elsőre elég ijesztő volt, hogy az ajtónkat nem úgy találtuk ahogy otthagytuk. Egyébként a hall utáni ajtó is zárható tehát a saját lakrész véglis elkülöníthető teljesen, de erről illett volna tájékoztatást adni. 4. Minden zaj áthallatszik a másik lakrészből. Maga a szállás szép, tiszta és jól felszerelt, de hosszabb nyaralásra ezek miatt nem igazán ajánlom.
