Location was close to the station, place was good, simple and everything we needed for a night, comfy bed and a plus that they had good pillows (I hate super soft ones). Communication with Daniele was great, very nice, gave us all the information needed and super good that you could do self check in at any time you needed. A plus that we could leave our bags in their lockers to go walk the city even after checking out.

The location was very convenient for the station and the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent mattress-good shower. Owner communication was excellent. The building itself was wonderful- an old building with a fabulous old lift that I have only seen in films before.
I would have liked a coffee machine. It would have earnt an excellent rating from us if there was coffee.

Close to the train station. Clean room.
The wifi was non existent and it was difficult to get a cell phone signal unless you went on the balcony. I didn't receive a code therefore, I had to call the owner which was an expensive phone call that could have been avoided.
