Everything was amazing

Breakfast was great, staff attentive throughout the session. Spa was wonderful, great massages for me, beauty treatments for my wife and daughter.

It was middle of winter and cold. More needs to be done in dining area to make this pleasant during cold spells.

All meals were flavour less and ordinary. No rajasthani original dishes were made. Cutlery cleanliness was questionable. The whole complex was unkempt, trees and bushes were overgrown and untrimmed blocking sunlight on almost all accomodations. The unkempt lawn was out of bounds to sit as the chairs to sit in lawn wasn’t allowed. Reception staff were the least interested and unenthusiasts to attend new guests. Hotel doesn’t have it’s own taxis for siteseeing etc. Pathways weren’t cobbled but covered by small crushed stones making horrendous noise when walking upon. Chairs to sit outside the hut were extremely uncomfortable. Bonfire wood was all damp and couldn’t be light up properly belching smoke all the time. On the dau of check out despite late check out request, reception desk started calling repeatedly from 11.45 am and also cut briefly WiFi. Hot water for bathing was stopped, water was extremely hard resulting in harsh hair and skin condition. Food was most dissapointing. High Tea was good but the enthusiasm to serve was non-existent among staff.
