Updated home in Jamaica Bay adult community Fort Myers, Florida home for rent (4month minimum) available after May 1

Fully furnished with lots of charm and vintage appeal. On canal with lots of wildlife of scenic atmosphere. Close to shopping and 15 minutes to beach.
All utilities, wifi and cable included. Community has 2 pools, gym, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, library and most of all very friendly people enjoying the great Florida lifestyle. Well behaved pets ok, no children or motorcycles allowed except to visit.
