Beautiful, clean, large 1st level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Venetian Palms. Large master bedroom with king size bed and two guest bedrooms, queen bed and 2 twins respectively. Comfortably accommodates six people. Ideal for families. Outdoor activities include two tennis courts, ping pong table, two pools (one heated) with hot tub, exercise room, sand volleyball court, and a gorgeous club house ideal for private parties and events. It comes with one covered parking. Centrally located off Hwy 41, close to shopping, restaurants & golf, 12 miles from the airport, 8 miles from beach and 6 miles from downtown Fort Myers. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, full washer & dryer.

The apartment was humid which comes with the associated issues, but it was pretty clean. Great location, friendly neighbors.

Friendly neighborhood that’s close to shops and beaches. The unit has a well stocked kitchen and is close to one of the two pools. Owner was very responsive.

The accommodation was awesome and the people in the community were extremely kind and helpful. This place was an absolute gem and we loved it.
From the appliances through towels and linens, plates and glassware to the pools and clubhouse, library and exercise/weight room - everything was top notch.
Most importantly, any questions of any sort were answered quickly. The absolute best host we have ever had. Can’t lose pick!!

This was our first time we spent a whole month in Florida. We looked on line and found this property that was suggested by a friend. The description that was listed was accurate that was posted on the website. Since this was our first time doing this I did have some trouble with making payments for a deposit.
When we arrived and looked at the location it was perfect. We were close to the pool and the property was semi clean inside. During our stay at the property we did some extra cleaning inside since it needed some attention. After some cleaning that we did and some minor repairs it was just OK.
The owner did communicate with us during the process and I had never done this type of rental her did assist me in making the reservation.
I would recommend this location since the Ventian Palms property was very well maintained and and the people who we met during our stay made it much more enjoyable.
All the restaurants and shopping in the are were close by and we had some good food at the Stone Wood grill, and Reubens, and Perkins. Mario's deli was also very good.
I would suggest this location and if i was return I would like some updates to this property to make it feel more homely.
