Breakfast was great. Coffee was amazing.
When we asked for a blanket it was brought to the wrong room. I had 2 rooms booked and they just put it in the other room.

The cleanliness of the accommodations and the friendliness of the staff.
We found that the bath tub was slippery, without a non-skid surface or mat.

On the 3rd evening/night, a young hockey team from Belleville was playing hockey on the 4th floor and continued to make a tremendous amount of noise well after 10:00pm. Called reception and reception never answered our phone call. Extremely disappointing. We understand that kids need to celebrate/have fun, but come on. $200+ per night, what gives?
