Very spacious room. Beds were really comfortable. Loved having two sinks, one in bathroom and one in mini kitchenette. Staff were helpful, professional and lovely to chat with. Bright, modern, clean and spacious. Easy access off of highway. Staff helpful when we needed missing supplies.
Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and bedding for it was missing. Body wash bottle in shower was empty. Not enough towels provided.

The location and room were good.
The pillows were horrible. The hallways stunk. The price was a too high as well.

On the 3rd evening/night, a young hockey team from Belleville was playing hockey on the 4th floor and continued to make a tremendous amount of noise well after 10:00pm. Called reception and reception never answered our phone call. Extremely disappointing. We understand that kids need to celebrate/have fun, but come on. $200+ per night, what gives?
