Fantastic flat, great location

Fantastic location - it was so nice to walk out the door and be right in the centre of Dinard, but also was easy to get out in the car to go on trips further away. The flat was lovely, spacious and clean. We really liked the big open plan living area and the bed was very comfortable. We also very much appreciated the baby cot and high chair.

Great location and Host

Firstly, we had excellent communication with Marie via WhatsApp. Marie was prompt in answering any questions leading up to and including our stay. Marie, meet us at the accommodation in perfect timing. She was very helpful throughout the stay. Even assisted us in booking a taxi. Even the taxi driver was prompt and efficient. As for the apartment, we found it to be perfectly located. Close to everything in walking distance to shops (supermarket in the next street) beach and the coastal walks. Even the ferry to St Malo. The location is an easy drive into the town. We were anxious about driving in and yet we found it easily and hassle free. The secure off street parking was why we booked it in the first place and it worked well. The apartment is neat and tidy and functional . We only used one bed located in the front room. This was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic cooking utensils. Another reason we booked the apt was for the washing machine. It worked well and it had a drying rack as well. Ironing board and iron provided. Overall, with Marie's friendly and helpful attitude and a well located apartment we would highly recommend the apartment .

Nothing to dislike. However, if you have mobility restrictions such as steps beware that there are a few steps up to the bathroom and the shower cubicle is small but that is normal in Europe!

Super rental in heart of town.

Lovely reception on arrival to hand over the keys. Incredible location in heart of old town and just a few minutes walk to beach. Private, designated parking space in barrier controlled car-park alongside the apartment. A good place to leave the car and then walk everywhere in the town! Apartment warm and cosy on a cold and windy day. Clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds, seating, etc. (Benefit of proximity to Saint Malo - 1/2 hour drive via Rance barrage).

(Road closures and multiple diversions certainly confused the sat-nav !!)

Great location, clean and accessible apartment

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre, beach and local restaurants. Hosts were really good, staying up late for our arrival due to a ferry delay.

Wir waren drei Nächte dort, Kunden zu Fuß, das Zentrum, den Strand, und alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, vor allem der private Parkplatz ist super. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß hell, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Matratzen und die Bettwäsche sind wirklich bequem und auch die Elektrogeräte sind alle neu und funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert reibungslos .

Mir hat alles gefallen, es gibt nichts Negatives.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Dinard, on peut tout faire à pied et laisser la voiture sur la place de parque dans la cour. C’est vraiment très appréciable. Si vous voulez visiter St-Malo, il suffit de prendre un bateau navette. L’appartement est très bien pour une famille avec plein d’accessoires pour nous faciliter la vie (lit parapluie, chaise haute, même matelas à langer). En plus, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie! Merci beaucoup!

L'appartement est très bien situé et possède une place de parking. Un vrai plus. Rue très calme. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé.

La douche est vraiment très petite. Le voisin vient sonner à 7:30.

Man fühlt sich gleich zuhause, an diesem schönen Ort kann man es länger aushalten!

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin erwartet und uns wurde alles kurz gezeigt und erklärt, ein Stadtplan übergeben. Die süße Wohnung liegt inmitten der Altstadt, 5 Gehminuten von Strand und Geschäften entfernt. Genial für entspannte Ferientage mit der Familie, Kaffee mit Maschine, Akkustaubi, ... es fehlt an nichts! Für Autoreisende ist der inkludierte Parkplatz am Haus perfekt!

Das Bad ist winzig, dafür der Rest der Wohnung sehr großzügig.

Petit appartement idéalement placé en centre ville proche de toutes commodités avec un parking privé très apprécié. Bien équipé. Une mention spéciale pour Marie qui nous a remit la clé. Sa disponibilité et ses conseils étaient précieux.

En rdc il peut être un peu sombre en fin d’après midi. La salle de bain n’est pas grande surtout la douche.
