Spacious, warm, quite well equipped. Good location

It was accommodation in a large apartment. There was more space than we needed. The heating worked well and so did the hot wate. The kitchen was quite well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Overall the location was very good and the accommodation good value. Good communication with the concierge.

There was a slight smell of damp as it is an old building. Missing a few essentials like saucepan lids. Blinds didn't work very well and were not adequate in some of the bedrooms, we used extra towels to keep out the light. It is on quite a busy road. Be aware that linen and towels cost extra.

A lovely stay in Dinard in accommodation with everything we could need - thank you, Irène.

The property was bigger than we expected, with three bedrooms over three floors. There was all we needed in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Communication with Irène, the agent, was really easy and she seemed lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s a shame we wouldn’t be able to stay here with my husband as the flat starts a floor up on the first floor, and covers three floors, plus the hob is induction - not much good for hubby and his pacemaker, but not the accommodation’s fault. However, the lovely Irène has a property that will suit him much better and I will be very happy to rent that next time. Also, I need to learn to park a bit better!

Not pleasant and will not be returning.

Ongoing complaint as the WiFi stopped working. This was reported immediately and acknowledged. Compensation was offered but has not been paid despite numerous promises by the property manager and several reminders from me. The property isn't safe for old people due to the stairs inside the property. The furnishings are not safe for old people. My elderly Mum had an accident which required 15 stitches and two hospital visits. This could have been avoided.

La cuisine était complète au niveau des équipements et la salle de bain était correcte

Pas d'état des lieux avec qui que ce soit ,seul un message de bienvenue d'Irène, celle qui s'occupe des voyageurs,le ménage avait été fait mais de manière très sommaire :un appartement à plusieurs étages qui a bien vécu et qui n'était pas propre ,une seule garde robe pour 2 chambres du même étage, du mobilier vétuste, des lits pas confortables ,du coco au sol abîmé et mal entretenu (un nid a bactérie),une lampe de chevet dont la lampe etait foutu ,le couloir et la cage d'escalier qui mène a l'appartement était sale et plein de toiles d'araignées ,des taches sur les murs du living ,même pas de porte rouleaux aux 2 toilettes, ça sentait très fort la cigarette dans les chambres et la salle de bain ,les carrelages au sol de la cuisine tous fissurés ,absence de détecteur de fumée ,on devait toujours allumé les lumières car l'appartement était fort sombre même en journée .L'emplacement n'est pas mauvais mais il faut avoir de bonnes jambes pour aller à la plage ou faire ses courses .J'ai même acheté des sacs pour l'aspirateur qui était plein de chez plein

la proximité immédiate avec le centre-ville, qui permet de tout faire à pied, tout en bénéficiant d'un quartier calme. La présence d'une place de parking est un véritable atout, surtout dans cette zone où le stationnement peut être compliqué. L'agencement du logement est bien pensé, offrant une circulation fluide entre les pièces. La décoration est soignée et moderne, ce qui rend l'espace très agréable à vivre. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain, spacieuse et fonctionnelle, un vrai plus pour le confort au quotidien. En résumé, un appartement confortable et bien situé

La propreté des parties communes laisse à désirer, ce qui peut affecter l'impression générale. La literie mériterait d'être renouvelée : les oreillers sont trop plats et les matelas et couette un peu vieillot, ce qui nuit à la qualité du sommeil.

L'appartement était propre, bien aménagé, bien équipé et spacieux. L'hôte était disponible et gentille. Proximité du centre ville et des plages.

- Draps et serviettes en supplément: (du jamais vu). Vu le prix de la location, ils devaient être inclus. Nous avons emmené les notres avec nous. - Oreillers à changer (pas confortables). - Le fait de devoir libérer l'appartement avant 10h. (Trop tôt).
