Located 10 minutes from the center of Nantes and 1 km from the ring road in a charming property, L'Authentique is an independent urban studio (other gîtes and bed and breakfast rooms are also available on the site). It features a private, unfenced 100 m² garden and access to a 2300 m² communal area.
On the ground floor: a bright living area with a large skylight, including an open-plan kitchen, a pull-out sofa bed (140x190 cm), and a separate shower room/WC.
