Mountain Memories is waiting for you to “Make your Smoky Mountain Memory Come True”.
Our home is located within 5 minutes of Dollywood theme park in Pigeon Forge....close enough to see the theme park fire works from the front porch in the evening, but just a little off the main road to enjoy some tranquility after a day full of activities.
Within minutes of all the highlights that are located in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville.......you will enjoy having fun with your family or friends. The Island, Cal Ripkin Experience, Leconte Convention Center..... and The Great Smoky Mountains
This Vacation Home is a one level ranch style house, no stairs to climb ....and no twisting mountain back roads. Three bedrooms, one king size and two queen size bedrooms. The king has a private shower stall bathroom , the queen bedrooms share a shower bathroom just across the hall, furnished with towels and linens. The kitchen is fully furnished with stove / oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. A double stack washer / dryer for you if you need. Don’t worry , we furnish pots, pans, dishes and utensils.... Living room has sofas and chairs. WIFI......and 3 TVs.....Just outside of kitchen door you’ll find an area with patio table set, grill w/propane, and a fire pit around the back to "roast some marshmallows"
This house sits on over 2 acres of land.....Jayell ranch sits on the backside of our property, if you would like to enjoy some horseback riding nearby.

We sanitize home thoroughly after each guest.

The host was so nice and left all the lights on for us because we were getting in late. The house is so clean and cosy; smells clean as well…I am not sure what the cleaning products or air freshener are but I would use them in my home! Will definitely go back if it is available the next time we visit!!!

The house was very comfortable and stocked well for a weekend getaway. We were also very excited with how close it actually was to Dollywood, but just far enough away we didnt have traffic noise and people constantly driving by. The owner also went out of their way to leave a surprise birthday gift!. Was a very fun weekend and all family members were comfortable.

We stayed for a week over spring break to visit Dollywood. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked another visit. If you are looking to avoid crowds and visit Dollywood, then this is the place to stay. Property owner was easy to contact when i had any questions. I told her we were also celebrating birthdays and she left us some birthday flavored cookies along with some other treats. I had read that she left some goodies for previous visitors, but I thought it was a nice touch with the cookies. Looking forward to our next stay.

The house was in a great (convenient) location. Very quiet but close to things. House was very comfortable (beds and furniture), very clean, and loved the porch/outdoor areas. In depth on beds, this is an area I frequently have issues with rental homes. This home had good beds. It was a little firmer than I prefer but I added a eggshell mattress pad and it was perfect then. But others found the beds soft enough, medium firm overall. Not sure if we missed it in the descriptions but when it listed coffee maker, I don't believe it mentioned it was a Keurig, would have been nice to know before we arrived. Only real negative is due to my allergies, I hate the plug in wall oil air fresheners and there were 3 (that we found). Permeated the whole house even though we unplugged them for the week. But would definitely stay here again. House was lovely, comfortable, clean, and in a great location.

My family and I stayed in this house for our annual vacation to Tennessee and it was everything we could ask for. The location was perfect.....the views from the porch were amazing. We felt like we were at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay that's close to everything, this is the place to book. We were within 10 minutes of all downtown attractions and Dollywood. Traffic was easy to get around in. We didn't go to Jayell Ranch, but it looked fun. We enjoyed the hot tub and everything was clean and organized. The host was wonderful to work with and we very much felt at home. There were no downsides to this place, it was fantastic.

My family and I had a great time! This house is located just minutes from all of the Pigeon Forge attractions but is still so quiet and peaceful. It is a cozy little house but with plenty of room. I highly recommend.

I just love the location with easy access to restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Easy access to the major roadways. Everything in the house was clean and fully stocked. It felt great to sit in the hot tub with the numerous jets going, watching the horses ride by. The view was wonderful. Easy to communicate with the owners. They were very helpful. The only downfall was no TV set in the Master Bedroom. Otherwise, everything else was great. Would rent again!

We always attend a minister’s conference in January in Pigeon Forge. This house was a good place to relax. My hubby enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of towels to use for bathing. Kitchen had all u need plus tasty snacks awaited us. We really liked the carport to park our vehicle under. Linda was great with communication. Overall a good experience.

This home is in a perfect spot. Close to everything but just far enough away from the hustle bustle for privacy. One of the highlights of our trip was horseback riding and ATVs. I was so surprised to find that it was literally in the backyard. We had a great stay and you will too.
