Wonderful location, very nice accommodations … very well maintained ….
The only complaint we had was the toilet cleaner mounted to the wall in the bathroom had dirty water in it and smelled really bad. The was no way to remove it so we covered it with trash bag. We called maintenance and they attempted to clean it and they still covered it with a trash bag…. We were there for 21 days and the entire time the bathroom did not smell nice due to that and issue.

Airy, large space. Fully equipped kitchen. Fully equipped with other gadgets like washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, mops, ironing board, clothes drying rack, microwave, coffee machine. Hot water flowed instantly. Excellent location. Extra air mattress was provided free on request.
The mattresses were too soft and in the double bed two mattresses were at two slightly different kevels. A cutting board is needed in the kitchen.

location is amazing and id be supised if it could be beaten in Leiden. Room was very clean and had everything you need for short or long term. I stayed for 3 weeks and loved it. Its expensive but worth it if you want to relax in style

Comfort, location, security, and design are superb!!!! Would love to live there!
Needs a microwave and better instructions to understand the oven symbols and how to use it.
