Location, Lobby Staff, Rooms are all excellent. This was my second time staying at this hotel. I returned because of the wonderful experience the first time.
The restaurant manager and wait staff were absolutely offensive to my group in town for a funeral. It's unfortunate because the front desk staff was delightful. We won't stay here again.
