The room was spotless. Staff were courteous and kind. The hotel is in Greenville’s vibrant downtown district. Great location! Free parking on the street, cheaper parking at a deck across the street. We’ll be back.

The location was perfect. We had a small situation with the room key entry but the management handled it wonderfully. We were locked out for 45 minutes but the hotel management and employees did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable while waiting for it to be opened up for us. Most definitely will return. Also must try Crust and craft for lunch or dinner. Best pizza I've had in a while. And amazing service
