The super nice host, the breakfast.
The adjacent garden has a number of cages with parrots which can be a bit noisy in the early morning.

Friendly staff, good coffee
It was really hard to find the location as Waze and Google maps keep sending us in a different place. I had to call the owner to direct me.
The room had the bathroom on the hallway, separate from my room, which was really dissapointing.
