Traumhafte Lage im parkähnlichen Grundstück. Großes Appartment, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Klimaanlage. Sehr schöne Badeplattform mit Liegen, Meerwasserpool zusätzlich am Meer. Schöne Rückzugsplätze im Piniengarten.
Ab Donnerstag bis Wochenende nachts etwas laut, da Schlafzimmer auf den Kiesparkplatz geht. Gelegentlich auch Lärm von Musikveranstaltungen des dazugehörigen Hotels im Park. Bad mit Mini-Badewanne mit Duschvorhang unpraktisch, keine Dusche. Wäre unproblematisch, aber mit Blick auf den Preis nicht ok.

Die Lage und der Pool bzw. der Liegeplatz am Meer ist einzigartig und ein Traum !
Die Apartments sind alt - damit könnten wir noch leben da man sich ja nicht so viel drinnen aufhält …
was aber gar nicht geht ist dass sie keine Klimaankage haben. Da kann man kaum schlafen. Das ist leider für mich nicht ok.
