Lady Elena is located in the center of Conca dei Marini , in the tourist area "Costiera Amalfitana" and only 5 km away from Amalfi. Casa Elena is a lovely property (70 sq m) that offers WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests, 1 comfortable bathroom and large kitchen area and living room large terrace with table, chairs and deck chairs for relaxing moments. distance from the sea (500 m). Near the property there are shops and restaurants where you can find fresh and genuine products. Bus stop at 10 meters. The house is accessed via a staircase with 50 steps, from the main road. Parking within 20 m. The beach can be reached on foot, even by shuttle bus.

This place was absolutely perfect, we loved our stay in Conca dei Marini. Sabatino was an excellent host and we were so grateful for his help on many occasions. Our Amalfi Coast trip would not have been so wonderful and enjoyable had we not been able to experience the peacefulness and authenticity this vrbo and village provided. As many reviews state, the location is amazing. The vrbo in just a few steps down from the main street of the quiet little village. The views from the terrance are amazing. Just below it is a peaceful little garden which makes the whole environment all the more peaceful. At night we loved the charming sounds of the restaurant at the top of the street, you could hear laughing and chatter and dishes clanking in the most perfect and peaceful way. About a 10 minute walk away is a great breakfast and coffee place called La Bottega del Corso, I would highly recommend. We also walked to the local market, Market L'Angolo Della Spesa Di Carrano Luigi for some groceries. Conca beach is so dreamy. We hiked down the stairs from our place and back up the first time we went, but this is very hard, I would recommend taking the shuttle to Conca beach, you still must take lots of stairs to get there but this cuts it down by at least half. Also be sure to do this on the way back. Although, the streets and views on the walk are very beautiful and interesting so if you do need to walk it is worth it nonetheless.

The apartment is located in a small charming Italian village. The view from the terrace is amazing. Sabatino is an excellent helpful host.

The positives
As mentioned in previous reviews the owner (Sabitino) is a nice guy and very helpful.
If you are looking to immerse yourself in a small Italian village, this is the perfect spot.
The Negatives
The shower needs to be reconfigured. It only has protective covering on 3 sides so the bathroom floor gets very wet.
The terrace needs a couple hours of work to make it much more appealing. Pull the weeds, trim the shrubs, clean up the scrap lumber and remove the broken furniture .

This little piece of heaven in Conca dei Marina stole our hearts. It is perfectly located! You have to climb just 40 stairs (this is a little amount in Conca) to get to the Main Street. There are restaurants, bars, convenience stores and bus stops nearby. This town is quiet and sleepy, but has good buzz in the evening. Our host, Sabatino, owns a wine store and information store - so amazing! He was super helpful with recommendations and bus routes, communicative and kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Note: Would not recommend this stay to anyone 6 feet or taller as shower will be too small for taller folks.
