Lovely view
Did not realise how high up the villa was, steep walk up some steps to the shop and restaurant
The kitchen could have been better equipped. We didn’t have enough wine glasses however the host delivered some new ones the next day. Lack of utensils, and tea towels

An amazing villa with an excellent position. JJ was extremely helpful and communicated very well (to the extent that at one stage there was concern thatbthe town's water supply may be down for a day due to maintenance, and he brought us a huge supply of water jsut in case). As per the rest of the Smalfi coast there are stairs, what is waiting at the end of them is worth it.
The town of Conca is very well positioned and not nearly as busy as the other towns in Amalfi.

Clean, wonderful and spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, spacious kitchen and outdoor dining areas makes a very comfortable stay with beautiful views of the sea. Very helpful hosts who would do all they can and are always reachable for even small queries. Remember to inform the hosts about your car registration even early on the arrival day so that they can arrange a permit for the very restricted car parking on the roadside (makes it easier). The town has some decent shops and good restaurants reachable by stairs or by car.
Although located in the calm and serene Conca dei Marini town just Kilometres away from the busy towns of Amalfi & Positano, the property is slightly away from the parking area and could only be reached after climbing a few but hard stairs. Good exercise but not for people with serious mobility issues. But this is the norm in most places at Amalfi coast and is part of the reason why Amalfi coast looks the way it does!

Very good located between Amalfi and Positano (short drive), beautiful view in the Conca, good maintance of the property, spacious. Local mini market is a short - but hill up - walk.
It would be marvelous if the kitchen utensils (pots & pans) would be expanded. Not many to work with if you like cooking.
