About this apartment rental
It is in a strategic position in Conca dei Marini with a splendid view of the Gulf of Amalfi, a 20-minute walk from the beach, reachable through picturesque streets and stairways surrounded by greenery.

It is a completely new apartment, recently built, surrounded by greenery and silence.
The apartment is accessed from a characteristic pedestrian street.
The apartment consists of a large living room complete with kitchen and double sofa bed and a double bedroom. Both rooms are equipped with a bathroom complete with shower.
The apartment is completed by two terraces overlooking the Gulf of Amalfi, with table and chairs protected by a folding umbrella and deckchairs.
In front of the terraces there is a small garden with a bench in the shade of an olive tree.
High-speed fiber wifi Internet connection is available.
There are 2 bus stops within 10 minutes walk: one for Agerola and the other for Amalfi and Sorrento
The apartment is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING in every room.
During the winter season there is the possibility of heating.
The cost is 1 euro per hour based on an hour meter: it doesn't take much for the apartment to heat up even in the coldest periods.
Many homes in the area have no heating.

Nice location to explore the Amalfi Coast. Lovely views from the balcony and easy enough (for Amalfi ) to get to the beach and surrounding towns.
Thd only negative is that the house doesn’t have an airconditioner and we couldn’t leave windows or doors open on the warm nights due to regular mosquito bites.

Such a lovely stay at Magic View which certainly lives up to its name. The apartment has been newly renovated with lovely ceramic tiles throughout and stayed beautifully cool during the heat of the day. It is equipped with everything you need. Two delightful balconies allow you to make the most of the view and the weather. The bedroom was lovely on a raised mezzanine with plenty of storage throughout. The owners, Silvia and Sergio, were so helpful at all times and responded quickly to any questions. They also gave a lot of tips for places to visit. I loved our holiday there and would not hesitate to recommend it. It is in a beautiful village full of friendly people.

We had a great time in Silvia and Sergio’s apt. It is even better than in the pictures. Clean, tidy and spacious. Also an outside area with beautiful views.
The hosts are very helpful and the communication is swift.
The apt is located well with quite a short walk to beach(es) and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to stay in Conca Dei Marini since it is beautiful and much less touristy compared to many other places in the Amalfi Coast.

Fiore, the property manager, met us at the bus stop and drove us to the flat. It was very clean and had a spectacular view. The owners, Silvia and Sergio, were upstairs for the weekend and invited us up for a visit and some cake, giving us lots of ideas for things to do during our stay. Fiore's restaurant, La Bonta da Capo, was excellent! Once we figured out the bus system it was fairly easy to get where we needed to be along the Amalfi Coast. Fiore also helped us with our bags on checkout day.
