Be amazed how much space you'll have in my home.
Comprised of a 20 m² fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine at your disposal. A dining table for two. A sofa - which can be converted into a bed for 2 - and a television. A set of drawers are available for you to store you personal possessions. Fresh towels and hotel-quality linens are provided for your convenience.
The bathroom is near the front door and has all the basics of a toilet, sink, shower and mirror. Complimentary toiletries are available free of charge.
The internet service may not be optimal for streaming or remote work activities.
My home will be cleaned and sanitised before your arrival.
Fun fact: the gentrified area of Anjos and Intedente is home to some of the oldest and most 'in-the-know' restaurants in Lisbon!

Please note: If you drive a car, keep in mind that the street is one way, and the parking lot is on the next street!
Guests will have access to the entire home and it's just a few minutes away from the Tram and Metro!

Anjos is a quirky neighbourhood in one of Lisbon's most multicultural quarters: Avenida Almirante Reis.
Conveniently central and extremely lively. You will find plenty of 2nd hand clothes stores, quite a few typical "tascas," bakeries, bars and cafés. Nearby is Intedente, one the most interesting places to visit if you wish to have a taste of Portugual's rich and diverse history, including being home to many old-school eateries specialising in culinary traditions from Asia and Africa.
You can catch the green line at either at Anjos and Intedente, which are roughly a 5-10 minute walk from my home. Or alternatively, if you wish to visit Barrio Alto or Alfama, you can get the 28 Tram right across the street.
If you drive a car, keep in mind that the street is one way, and the parking lot is on the next street!
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)
Note: For the bed, we have a mattress top for those who prefer a softer mattress.

Neat apartment, but we didn't like the location near non-residential buildings in a state of disrepair.

budget rental with very basic amenities
my friend and i stayed here for three nights and while it more or less got the job done for our time in lisbon, we were generally disappointed with the rental. upon arriving, we found the place much smaller than expected and very hot. there was no air conditioning, just a single fan that did not suffice during the hot nights. next, we found a lot of things were not clean. we laid out the bath matt towel in the washroom and found it was covered in stains. similarly, a few of the plates and cups were stained. also worth noting - the bathroom is suffocatingly small. next, re: amenities, they mention having a coffee machine but did not provide any coffee. i know it's not mandatory to provide pods but they did provide a complimentary baggie with a couple of teas and packets of olive oil (?) i just think you could also add a couple of pods there too. similarly, advertising that there's a washing machine without providing detergent is equally unhelpful.
