Zentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung an Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

L échange très agréable et prévenant avec la propriétaire et la personne nous accueillant
La localisation et la proximité des centres d intérêt via le métro assez proche

La propreté de l appartement
L espace rangement dans la chambre
L équipement de la cuisine vraiment bien pour cuisiner de manière correcte
La bienveillance de la propriétaire lors du tragique accident de funiculaire
Bref nous n avions pas envie de quitter cet endroit au bout d une semaine
Le voisin qui fume +++ heureusement l odeur ne rentre pas dans l appartement mais dans la cage d escalier c est vraiment pas agréable

Месторасположение, наличие всей бытовой техники и посуды, Wi-Fi, постельное белье, полотенца. Соотношение цена-качество вполне приемлемо
дом старый, есть замечания к ремонту, но при этом чисто. и внизу кафе, поэтому при открытых окнах запах от приготовления еды вечером присутствует.

המנקה היה בן אדם נחמד מאוד, עזר לנו לעלות את המזוודות במדרגות, בעלת הדירה הביאה לנו אפשרות לצק אין מאוחר.
שימו לב שאין מזגן בדירה, אנחנו לא שמנו לב והצטערנו על זה מאוד, מאוד חם בימי הקיץ של ליסבון. כשהצפנו את זה בפני בעלת הדירה בתחילת השהות היא אמרה שאין לה מה לעשות עם זה, בגדול היא צודקת, אז רק תשימו לב. לי זה הרגיש מחיר מאוד גבוה למה שקיבלנו בפועל, גם אין מעלית, מרפסת מאוד קטנה וגם עניין המזגן, מספר דברים שחשבתי שמובנים מאליו במחירים האלה, מסתבר שטעיתי.
