This 2-bedroom apartment is a practical and cozy base to explore on foot the historic center, viewpoints, cafés, and restaurants. Close to the metro and just 10 minutes from downtown, it’s ideal for couples, friends, or digital nomads looking to live the real Lisbon experience.
Stay in one of Lisbon’s most eclectic neighborhoods, where street art, local cafés, and a mix of cultures set the vibe. From here, you can walk to the city center in 10–15 minutes or hop on the metro just down the street.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables, and natural light from a traditional window. Accessed through the kitchen via an interior staircase.
Bedroom 2: Single bed with pull-out (converts into two singles), large wardrobe, and a desk by the window - perfect if you need a workspace.

Fully equipped with stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and coffee machine,
ideal for easy home-cooked meals.

Good to Know
- Ground-floor unit in a traditional building (no elevator).
- Narrow street, access by car can be tricky.
- As with many old Lisbon homes, soundproofing and humidity can be an issue; airing out the apartment is recommended.
- Electrical capacity is limited, avoid running many high-consumption appliances at once. Additionally, it is recommended not to use all the burners on the stove on maximum capacity simultaneously, as this equipment consumes a lot of energy.
- The bathroom is interior, without windows.
￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 . Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
