It was modern and reasonably comfortable. Microwave & kettle with tea/coffee were fine.
Internet was poor to not working at all. Very dark with no view - just bushes. Adjoining rear door to main property meant noise from tv etc. No privacy in bathroom as there is no proper door just a roller shutter.
