The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating. The hotel is very neat and has a comfy feeling to it. The hotel is situated along the river which we love. It creates a nice tranquil feeling. The buffet breakfast was delicious and we loved the variety. The pizza was great. I'd go back just for the pizza. The WiFi was surprisingly good. I did some online gaming while there and the WiFi held up nicely.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low but not terrible and it does take a while to warm up. I'd say give it a good 5minutes before jumping in the shower. No smart TVs, therefore no Netflix or DStv available. However, it didn't bother us too much as we had our PS5 for entertainment in the room. I will say this is a personal preference. Others might enjoy not having much technology for a weekend away.

The views over the river are stunning. We also enjoyed a wonderful early supper on the bar terrace with views over the kitchen garden. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had all that we needed for a comfortable overnight stay.
Every member of the team was very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.
We only had 1 night at the hotel; we should have booked longer!

Nice view of the river but loads of mozzies.
The electricity tripped in the night. No aircon or kettle in the morning. Very hot!,
