Everything was just perfect from the time we checked in the front desk reception was very welcoming and very helpful. The staff was very professional, so much so we are definately booking at this hotel again. 100/10

Great location.
Nice facilities and rooms, seem well maintained.

The DSTV package is REALLY bad (only a few, uninteresting channels).
Ordering food for room service- the food took over an hour to come. I'm not sure what went wrong here. The kitchen supervisor who came on duty did come and apologize for the delay.
The phone in the room didn't work, so I had to walk up and down from my room to reception.

The hotel was beautiful but the rooms were not up to standard at all!. Dirty marks on the bed shirts. Freezing in the 2 rooms we stayed in as the aircon did not work. Also the windows could not close all the way, and a few didn't even have handles on them. The lighting in the rooms were not warm and welcoming either. That being said the hotel and their facilities itself looked stunning! I cant understand why you'd neglect the guests rooms when this is the most important part of the stay.
The guest rooms need a serious upgrade. Use Warm lighting and fix aircons, and please make sure your windows close in winter! We were freezing and had to bring in our own extra beddings to stay warm.
