Location and staff are great. Some elements of the hotel lobby and certain areas feel nice enough.
The beds are broken and old, the TV was literally useless the rooms wasn’t very clean—Windows where Brocken.

The resort location is amazing. We did not do breakfast but had supper on the Ala carte menu, the food was good value for money.
The tea, coffee, milk in the room could have been a little more. Restricted to one cup tea/coffee and only two sachets' of milk.

Location is amazing! Right in the heart of town, really lovely shared space! The rooms were perfect for our family of 6. Padel courts were a hit too!
Honestly it was perfect for our stay. Maybe some general maintenance but the value for money is brilliant, so no complaints at all.
